I 100% recommend to friends and family. This place is nice and the staff are welcoming. It has nice restaurant and cosy location in the Crowne plaza. Also, it's 2 km away from Beatles Childhood Homes Forthlin Road. There is a lot of fresh food for breakfast.

It is great place to stay, the food is tasty, and location is peaceful in a taxi to city centre. Guests have all their needs satisfied by the very friendly and excellent staff. The bar is excellent.

The stay here was really lovely for Liverpool visit. All in all everything was very good, nonetheless we had quite small bathroom. The staff were amazing friendly, the location was convenient and fantastic.

The venue is nice, food is good, fantastic location near the airport. It is brand-new with nice bathroom and comfortable bed, good enough for one night. The staff are very friendly and deserve a 3-star rating.
